Our History

In Japanese, Teppan means an iron plate or a steel sheet, and yaki means to stir-fry. Teppanyaki cooking is stir-fried meat, seafood and vegetables cooked and eaten off large, tabletop grills. It is a mouth-watering form of cuisine.
